Jane holds a First Class degree in Acupuncture BSc (University of East London) and MSc in Chinese herbal medicine (Westminster University) from the UK. She has also completed a work placement at Nanjing University Hospital in China and Tai Chong China Medicine University Hospital, in Taiwan. With this educational background and, having been born and raised with Oriental medicine culture in South Korea, Jane is highly informed and experienced in Oriental remedies and holistic therapies.
Jane’s diagnostic approach involves Five Elements, Eight principles (Yin/Yang, Cold/Hot, Exterior/Interior, and Excess/Deficiency), detailed consultation, observation, palpitation, tongue and pulse. Jane employs various practical techniques including traditional Chinese acupuncture and herbal medicine, facial acupuncture, scalp acupuncture, Korean Hand acupuncture, auricular acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, guasha, acupressure, Tuina massage and dietary advice.
Jane’s abilities in these diverse proficiency allows her to employ an integrated holistic approach in order to provide a tailored treatment for each individual patient embracing the body and mind, extending from direct treatment to dietary guidance and recommendations.
Jane emphasises on the continuing professional development in order to maintain high standards and to keep up-to-date with new skills and knowledge. Jane has been undertaken numerous postgraduate courses presented by leading experts in the field such as Paul Johnson, Dr Yizhen Jia, Jill Blakeway, Prof Dr Volker Shceid, PhD Tian Jun Wang, and PhD Tony Booker.

Jane is a member of British acupuncture council (BAcC), Register of Chinese Herbal medicine (RCHM) and the Acupuncture for Childbirth Team (ACT). Jane has particular interest and experience in conditions such as: Fertility, Gynaecology, Menstrual, Digestive, Psychological, Musculoskeletal, Respiratory, Urinary, Autoimmune, Skin, Cancer, Headache, Arthritis and Sciatica.
